ThoughoperationsoftheconstructionindustryinHongKonghavebeenaffectedasaconsequenceofCOVID-19.Duetotherelativelystableundertakingandadditionaldemandsfromgovernmentinfrastructureprojects,suchasMobileCabinHospital(方舱医院)andthe3rdrunwaysystemoftheHongKongInternationalAirport,theGroupmanagedtorecordanincreaseintherentalincomegeneratedfromconstructionmachineryduringthePeriod.Theutilisationratefortherentalmachinerieskeptatapproximately85%. TomanagetheimpactofCOVID-19,theGroupmaintaineditsoperationandputinplaceprecautionaryandriskmitigationmeasures,includingsuitablydeployingremoteworkarrangements,periodicdeepcleaningandsanitisationforbothourwarehouseandoffices,provisionoffacemasksorotherpersonalprotectionequipmentforallemployees,dailyCOVID-19AntigenTestandbodytemperaturemeasurementforallpersonnelatworkplaces,andproperrecordkeepingofworkscheduleandcontacthistoryfortracing. DuringthePeriod,theGroupcontinuedtopursuealong-termbusinessstrategyofdiversifyingintofinancialservicesbusiness,propertyleasing,propertydevelopmentbusiness,andconstructionmachinerybusiness.TheGroup’sprincipalactivitiesinclude:(i)securitiesinvestment;(ii)provisionofcommodities,futures,securitiesbrokerageandfinancialservices;(iii)assetmanagement;(iv)rentalandtradingofconstructionmachinery;(v)provisionofrepairandmaintenanceandtransportationservice;(vi)propertydevelopment;(vii)propertyleasing;and(viii)moneylending. 业务回顾 COVID-19、地缘政治紧张、军事占领及高通涨率之影响 二零二二年又是充满挑
