MANAGEMENTDISCUSSIONANDANALYSIS FINANCIALRESULTS Forthesixmonthsended30September2022(“thisFinancialPeriod”orthe“Period”),theGroup’srevenueandlossattributabletoownersoftheparentamountedtoapproximatelyHK$2,050.5million(sixmonthsended30September2021:approximatelyHK$896.5million(asrestated))andHK$23.6million(sixmonthsended30September2021:profitofapproximatelyHK$46.5million),respectively. BUSINESSREVIEW TheGroup’srevenueforthePeriodincreasedbyapproximately128.7%toapproximatelyHK$2,050.5million(sixmonthsended30September2021:approximatelyHK$896.5million(asrestated)).IncreaseinrevenuewasmainlyduetotheincreaseinsalescontributedfromthedeliveryoftheGroup’spropertydevelopmentprojectsinwhichtheGrouphasacontrollingstakeinthePeriod.
