The ECMi Report H1 2022 provides a comprehensive overview of the UK ECM market activity during the first half of 2022. The report is based on fully verified information sourced from official transactional documentation, including prospectuses, admission documents, circulars, accounts, and RIS notices. The report covers all UK transactions above £5 million, with the dataset going back to 1st January 2016, and all £5 million+ transactions on the International Property Securities Exchange since its inception. The report includes a sector analysis, IPOs, fees, UK ECM trends, and league tables. The data on which the report is based can be recreated by anyone with access to the ECMi database.
