TheCompanyhasreceivedresumptionguidancefromtheStockExchangeandtheCompanyhasbeenfollowingthatcloselyasannouncedbytheCompanyinitsannouncementson9thJuly,2021,29thOctober,2021,28thJanuary,2022,28thApril,2022and28thJuly,2022inrelationto,amongstothermatters,thequarterlyupdatesonstatusofresumptionoftradingintheShares. BUSINESSANDINVESTMENT TheGrouphascontinuedandfocusedonitsbusinessoftradingofmineralpropertiesduringtheYearandalsoreportedadiscontinuingbusinessofsupplychainbusinessforwhichthelasttransactionswerecompletedin2020withtradereceivablesreceivedinfullintheYear.
