TTF gas pricesfell to record lowlevels of $1.20 per MMbtu in May2020, triggered by nationwide lockdowns and apandemic-driven low demand environment. US LNCcargos were canceled between April and July, as themarket demand remained depressed. Both the Asia Spot and TTF gas prices hitrecord highs, with the Asia Spot price peaking at $54per MMbtu, as Europe and Asia competed For LNCcargoes.
