The State of Virtual Selling report by Vidyard, Demand Metric, and Corporate Visions found that video has become a crucial channel for sales outreach, with custom-recorded video leading to better response rates and shortened deal cycles. Over two-thirds of sales professionals plan to stay remote or work in the office part-time in the future, and nearly half of them currently use custom-recorded video in their sales process. The report also found that sales teams are happy with their use of custom-recorded video, with over half of them reporting that it has improved their response rates and two-thirds reporting that it has shortened their deal cycle.
