Ontheotherhand,theplummetingstockmarketsduringtheyearhasledtoalessthansatisfactoryperformancefromourfinancialservicesbusiness.Inspiteofthis,theGrouphasdiversifiedintothebondplacingmarketwithprojectssuccessfullycompleted.OurmanagementwillstrivetoincreasetheGroup’sexposureandscaleofoperationswithinthecapitalmarketsandtocapturealargermarketshare. Allinall,theGroupwillbereassessingandre-engineeringitsstrategiesfromtimetotimeinresponsetotheeverchangingenvironment. Lookingahead,theGroupwillactivelyidentifyandexploreinvestmentandbusinessopportunitiestostrengthenandbroadenitsassetsandrevenuebaseintoacomprehensiveportfolio.TheGroupwillcautiouslygraspofeveryopportunitytoenhanceandimprovethebusinessoperationandprofitabilityoftheGroup.
