Affected by the high building material costs and persistent adverse impacts of the COVID-19, the Group’s gross profit margin decreased significantly to approximately 1.1% for FY2022. We have already implemented certain control measures to reduce the impacts of these issues. It is expected that the gross profit margin will improve in coming years when building material prices become relatively stable. We believe that the industry will recover gradually in coming years when residential and commercial developments projects in Hong Kong resume its momentum.Under the persistent challenges brought by COVID-19 and uncertainties in the global market, the Group keeps prudent approach on bidding new projects throughout the Year. As at 31 March 2022, the outstanding value of our projects on hand decreased to approximately HK$355.4 million from approximately HK$569.2 million, our historic high, as at 31 March 2021.Despite of the decline from the historic high, our backlog
