BASIS OF PRESENTATION AND DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements include the accounts of Omega Flex, Inc., and itssubsidiaries (collectively the “Company”). The Company’s Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements for the quarter ended March31, 2026 have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States (GAAP), and with theinstructions of Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q and Article 10 of Regulation S-X. Certain information and note disclosures normallyincluded in annual financial statements prepared in accordance with GAAP have been condensed or omitted pursuant to those rulesand regulations, although the Company believes that the disclosures made are adequate to make the information not misleading. It is Description of Business The Company is a leading manufacturer of flexible metal hose, which is used in a variety of applications to carry gases andliquids within their particular applications. The Company’s business is controlled as a single operating segment that consists of themanufacture and sale of flexible metal hose and accessories.
