CORPORATE PROFILE公司簡介 百盛商業集團有限公司（「本公司」）為中華人民共和國（「中國」）全國性時尚生活的領先零售 營 運 商。百 盛 品 牌 於 九 十 年 代 初 進 入 北 京市場，現已運營管理零售業態多元化的組合，包 括 百 貨 店、購 物 廣 場、奧 特 萊 斯、「ParksonBeauty」概念店及超市。截至二零二五年十二月三十一日，本公司附屬公司及聯營公司在中國23個城市及老撾運營管理40家百盛門店及2家百盛優客城市廣場。 ParksonRetail Group Limited(the “Company”) is a leadingnationwide lifestyle retail operator in the People’s Republic of China(the “PRC”).
