We leveraged our expertise in both ourelectrical and mechanical, and our transmission anddistribution segments to deliver results that strengthened ourreputation for excellence. 2025 Performance Highlights Building on the momentum from our inaugural year as apublicly traded company and operating under our 4EVERstrategic priorities, we achieved record results in 2025.Revenue of $3.75 billion was 32% higher than $2.85 billion in2024, and EBITDA* of $319.8 million was up 38% comparedto $232.2 million in 2024. Our 2025 results includedabsorbing incremental stand-alone operating costs. Across our organization, safety is a value. We continued toimprove our safety performance, achieving new milestones inkey metrics. With results well below industry averages, ourtotal recordable incident rate declined 10% and our lost-timeinjury rate dropped 30%, reflecting our unwaveringcommitment to fostering a safe environment for our teammembers and job sites. Our disciplined, strategic approach enabled us to deliveroutstanding financial results while maintaining a strongcommitment to safety, integrity and long-term value creation.
