STRENGTHENINGOFTHELEADERSHIPTEAM During the year, we also strengthened the leadership team with several strategic hires.These leaders have hitgrowthprofileanddeliveringprofitablegrowth: cEo:Dr.Walden"Wally"Rhines was appointed Chief Executive Officer in August 2025.Dr.RhineshasbeenontheSilvacoboardsince2022andwasformerlyCEOofMentorGraphics. Our growth drivers are centered around our main three product areas -TCAD, EDA and IP.In TCAD, weintend todouble down on our lead in Aldriven process development, including ourflagshipFTco product.In Q4, we secured our second FTcO customer, thisone in Asia, and we see more FTcO momentumcomingleverage our Mixel acquisitionand increased efficiency in foundational IP todrivegrowth.Weexpect IP tobeaparticularlystronggrowthstoryin2026 Our newCFO,Chris,has beendriving ourrenewedfocusonfinancialandoperationaldiscipline.Weannouncedwithanincreasedfocusonacceleratedproductdevelopment.
