ABOUT CR POWER關於華潤電力 華潤電力控股有限公司（「本公司」或「華潤 電 力」）及 其 附 屬 公 司（「本 集 團」）主 要在中國投資、開發、運營和管理風電場、光伏電站、水電站及其他清潔及可再生能源項目和燃煤發電廠。業務還涉及分佈式能源、售電、智慧能源及煤炭等領域。 China Resources Power Holdings Company Limited (the“Company”or“CR Power”), together with its subsidiaries (the“Group”) mainlyinvests, develops, operates and manages wind farms, photovoltaicpower plants, hydro-electric power plants and other clean andrenewable energy projects and coal-fired power plants in China. Itsbusiness also covers distributed energy, power sales, intelligentenergy, coal mining, and other areas. 於2024年6月30日，華 潤 電 力 旗 下 運 營48座 燃 煤 發 電 廠、185座 風 電 場、143座光伏電站、28座水電站和5座燃氣發電廠。本公司的合計運營權益裝機容量為62,758兆 瓦，其 中27.0%位 於 華 中 地 區，25.9%位 於 華 東 地 區，16.3%位 於 華 南 地 區，13.4%位 於 華 北 地 區，7.5%位 於 西 北 地區，5.5%位 於 西 南 地 區，以 及4.5%位 於東北地區。風電、水電及光伏發電運營權益裝機容量合共24,662兆瓦，佔運營權益裝機容量約39.3%。 As at 30 June 2024, CR Power had 48 coal-fired power plants, 185wind farms, 143 photovoltaic power plants, 28 hydro-electric powerplants and 5 gas-fired power plants in commercial operations. Itstotal attributable operational generation capacity was 62,758 MW,with 27.0% of its capacity located in Central China, 25.9% inEastern China, 16.3% in Southern China, 13.4% in Northern China,7.5% in Northwestern China, 5.5% in Southwestern China, and4.5% in Northeastern China. Its attributable operational generationcapacity in wind, hydro-electric and photovoltaic power combined,amounted to 24,662 MW, accounting for approximately 39.3% ofits total attributable operational generation capacity.
