MANAGEMENTDISCUSSIONANDANALYSIS TheGroupisprincipallyengagedinconstructionandmaintenanceprojectsinHongKongandconstructionprojectsinMacauunderourbrand“SFK(新福港)”.Inaddition,theGroupprovidesotherservices,whichcomprisemainlyhousingandpropertymanagementservices(suchastheprovisionofcleaningservicesandsecuritymanagementservices),freshwaterandflushwatermaintenanceservices,sewagewatersamplingservices,electricalandmechanicalengineeringservicesandbuildinginformationmodeling(“BIM”)servicestorealestatesinHongKong. BUSINESSREVIEW OuroverallrevenueforthePeriodamountedtoHK$1,986.17millionascomparedwiththatofHK$1,486.80millionforthecorrespondingperiodlastyear,representinganincreaseofapproximately33.59%.TheresultwasmainlyduetothecombinedeffectofamixofprojectsfromourgeneralbuildingworksandcivilengineeringworksundertakenduringthePeriod,withthemajorprojectsbeingoutlinedinthefollowingsections. 新福港建设集团有限公司（“本公司”）董事（“董事”）会（“董事会”）谨此宣布本公司及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）截至二零二四年六月三十日止六个月（“期内”）的未经审核中期业绩，连同二零二三年同期的比较数字。 管理层讨论及分析 本集团主要以我们的“SFK（新福港）”品牌在香港从事建筑及保养项目以及在澳门从事建筑项目。此外，本集团提供其他服务，主要包括向香港的房地产提供房屋及物业管理服务（例如提供清洁服务及保安管理服务）、淡水及咸水保养服务、污水采样服务、机电工程服务及建筑信息模拟（“BIM”）服务。 业务回顾 期内，整体收益为1,986.17百万港元，较去年同期的1,486.80百万港元增加约33.59%，主要是由于期内承接一般楼宇工程及土木工程项目的综合影响所致，主要项目概述于以下章节。 Asat30June2024,wehadatotalof11projectsforgeneralbuildingworksand18projectsforcivilengineeringworksonhand.ThetotaloriginalcontractsumoftheseprojectsamountedtoapproximatelyHK$18billion(31December2023:HK$17billion).Theoutstandingvalue(definedasthedifferencebetweenrevenuerecognisedandtheoriginalcontractsum)ofourprojectsonhandasat30June2024wasapproximatelyHK$11.5billion(31December2023:HK$11.7billion).Thefollowingtablesetsforththeparticularsofsomeofthesizeableconstructionandmaintenanceprojectsforgeneralbuildingworksandcivilengineeringworksawardedandundert
