TheHongkongandShanghaiBankingCorporationLimited WebsiteAddresses www.veeko.com.hkwww.irasia.com/listco/hk/veeko/index.htm StockCode 1173 4 主席报告书 Chairman’sStatement 管理层论述与分析 本集团为销售美妆产品及女仕服饰之零售商，透过位于香港及澳门117个销售点组成之零售网络，以Colourmix及MORIMOR化妆品专门店和Veeko及Wanko女仕服饰专门店分别提供优质且物超所值之美妆产品及时尚服装和配饰予广大消费者。 业务回顾 于截至2024年3月31日止年度（“回顾财政年度”），本集团录得营业额586,710,000港元（2023年：472,625,000港元），较去年同期增加24.1%。于回顾财政年度，香港经济仍然面对重重困难。本集团截至2024年3月31日止年度的毛利金额为259,321,000港元，较去年同期之229,763,000港元增长12.9%。毛利之增长主要来自化妆品业务营业额增加所带动。整体毛利率方面则下调4.4个百分点，由上年48.6%降至44.2%。本年度时装业务之毛利率较上年度上升，唯化妆品业务之毛利率下降，而化妆品业务营业额占整体营业额比例较时装业务为大，故此本年度整体毛利率较上年度有所下调。 集团录得税后亏损40,043,000港元（2023年：税后溢利5,027,000港元）。由于银行借贷利率上升，本年度的财务费用较上年度大幅增加17,569,000港元。于回顾财政年度本集团投资物业公平价值由上年度19,881,000港元升值下降至本年度5,324,000港元升值。此外，集团本年度并无获得政府资助2019冠状病毒病疫情相关之补贴或资助，而上年度则收取此等补贴及资助16,244,000港元。 MANAGEMENTDISCUSSIONANDANALYSIS TheGroupisaretailerwhichsellscosmeticsproductsandladiesfashionthroughourretailnetworkconsistingof117pointsofsaleinHongKongandMacau,toprovidequalityandvalueformoneycosmeticsproductsandfashionapparelandaccessoriestoawiderangeofconsumersatcosmeticsstores,namelyColourmixandMORIMOR,andladiesfashionstores,namelyVeekoandWanko,respectively.
