TherevenueoftheGroupfromitscontinuingoperationsforthecurrentyearisapproximatelyHK$173,689,000(2023:HK$825,538,000)whichcompriseHK$131,430,000(2023:HK$111,404,000)fromtheleasingandtradingofcomputerequipmentandHK$42,259,000(2023:HK$714,134,000)fromthesalesofproperties.Therevenueforthecurrentyearismainlycontributedfromtheleasingandtradingofcomputerequipmentsegmentwhiletherevenuefortheprecedingyearwasmainlycontributedfromthepropertydevelopmentsegment.Thelargerevenuefromthepropertydevelopmentsegmentintheprecedingyearwasmainlyduetotherevenuegeneratedfrom3blocksofbuildingsinZoneFofZhengheCitycompletedanddeliveredtocustomers.Unfortunately,inviewoftheoverallunfavorablebusinessenvironmentfortherealestateindustryinthePRCcurrently,thesaleoftheremainingunsoldunitsinthecurrentyearisstagnantwhichresultedinthesignificantdropinoverallrevenueinthecurrentyear. 附注： (i)算毛。利率按毛利除以收入再将所得值乘以100%计 股普通股）计算。 20,319,072,320股普通股（二零二三年： (ii)日每已股发资行产净值乃根据于二零二四年三月三十一 20,319,072,320 本集团本年度来自其持续经营业务的收入约为173,689,000港元（二零二三年：825,538,000港元），其中包括来自租赁及买卖计算机设备的131,430,000港元（二零二三年：111,404,000港元）及来自销售物业的42,259,000港元（二零二三年：714,134,000港元）。本年度的收入主要来自租赁及买卖计算机设备分类，而上一年度的收入主要来自物业开发分类。上一年度来自物业开发分类的收入较大，主要是由于正和城F区的3幢楼宇已竣工并交付客户而产生的收入。不幸的是，鉴于目前中国房地产行业整体不利的营商环境，本年度余下未售单位的销售处于停滞，导致本年度整体收入大幅下降。 4InternationalBusinessSettlementHoldingsLimited国际商业结算控股有限公司 管理层报告 Management’sStatement AnoverallgrossprofitofapproximatelyHK$36,516,000(2023:HK$264,285,000)andgrossprofitmarginof21.0%wererecordedforthecurrentyear(2023:32.0%).DecreaseingrossprofitmarginwasmainlyduetohigheraveragesellingpricesofresidentialandcommercialcomplexesinZoneFinprecedingyearascomparedtostablegrossprofitmargingeneratedfromleasingandtradingofcomputerequipmentincurrentyear.
