The Group isa maritime services provider in Hong Kong with over 20 years ofoperating history. Services of the Group include (i) vessel charteringand related services; (ii) ship management; and (iii) marineconstruction. 34% During the year, the Group continued to develop new sources ofcustomers for the vessels chartering services and strengthen ourfleet to satisfy the increasing demand of vessel chartering in thefuture. The Group has acquired 34% equity interest in Yun Lee(Tim Kee) Marine Construction Limited (“YLTK”) (the “Acquisition”),the Acquisition was completed in May 2023, YLTK has becomea subsidiary of the Group. The Group will tap into the marineconstruction business through YLTK and it is expected the YLTKwill be the growth driver of the Group’s revenue and profits. The Group’s financial position is solid, and will continue to maintainour leading position in the industry, and expand our opportunities innew projects.
