DuringtheReportingPeriod,theGrouprecordedadecreaseinrevenueofapproximatelyHK$26,793,000orapproximately8.5%toapproximatelyHK$288,654,000comparedwiththeyearended31March2023(the“YR2023”).ThedecreaseinrevenuewasprimarilyduetodecreaseofthenumberofsizableprojectstenderedbytheGroupduringtheReportingPeriod. TheBoardisoftheviewthatdespitetherecoveryofglobaleconomyisnotasstrongasexpectedfollowedbytherelaxationofCOVID-19,therearehopefulsignsofasteadyrecoveryinthelong-termdevelopmentofconstructionandfoundationindustryinHongKong.TheGroupwillbeprudentintenderingpotentialprojectwhilefuturestrategywilldependontherecoveryoftheeconomy. UnderthesustainedrecoveryofChineseeconomyandthethrivingdevelopmentofnewmedia,thereisanannualgrowthof2%-47%ingrossmerchandisevolumeofe-commercebusinessinthePRC.Currently,theGrouphas4broadcastingroomsandhiredaround30livestreamers.TheGroupwillgrasptheopportunitiesandcontinuetoexpendinthee-commercelivestreamingandpromotionbusiness. Meanwhile,inordertomaintainastableandsustainabledevelopmentoftheGroup’sexistingbusinessesaswellasdiversifyingandexpandingtheGroup’sbusinessesatthesametime,theCompanywillleverageonitsindustrialexperienceandtheadvantageofitsexistingresourcesandtalentedteamtoseekcooperationandinvestmentopportuni
