This Standard Form Project Agreement (NPD Model) is a legal document between [Authority] and [Project Co] for a specific project. The agreement includes definitions and interpretation, execution and delivery of documents, commencement and duration, project documents, project operations, general obligations and responsibilities of Project Co, Authority's data, representatives, land issues, nature of land interests, the site, consents and planning approval, and the design, construction, and commissioning process. The agreement is to be used in conjunction with the Standard Project Agreements User's Guide (Version 2) published by the Scottish Futures Trust.
