The tool includes a project input sheet, a whole life cost model, and a whole life comparison dashboard, and is designed to be flexible and adaptable to different types of projects. The Whole Life Appraisal Tool is intended to support the implementation of whole life appraisals within infrastructure investment, and is produced in partnership with Arcadis.
