WiththefullliftingoftherestrictionsontheCOVID-19pandemicinearly2023,theChineseeconomyhasdemonstratedasolidrecovery.Intheprocess,althoughthepandemichadcertainimpactsonsomeofoursaleschannelsandbusinesspartners,theGroupwasabletoeffectivelymitigatetheseimpactswithourresilienceandflexibleresponsestrategies.In2023,wecontinuedtodeepenoureffortsinthewaterresourcesindustryandbeerindustryinTibet,committedtoenhancingcustomerexperience,optimizingchannellayoutandstrivingtopromoteTibet’squalityproductstoawiderconsumermarket. Lookingbackatthepastyear,althoughthemarketenvironmentwasfullofchallenges,unlimitedbusinessopportunitiesabounded.Ourpackageddrinkingwaterproductssawasteadyrecoveryinconsumerflowinthemarketchannel,withsalesvolumegrowingsignificantlyby51%andrevenueincreasingby32.9%year-on-year.Inthebeerbusiness,wefirmlyimplementedthestrategyofenhancingourownbrand,andbarleybeer,ourmaincategory,accountedfor87%ofourbeerbusinessrevenue.Throughaseriesofstrategicadjustments,theproportionofcollaborativeproductsintotalsalesdeclinedsignificantly,from43%in2022to0.1%in2023.Thisshifthasresultedinasignificantincreaseintheoverallsalesvolumeandsalesrevenueofbeerproductsofourownbrand. InordertopromotetheGroup’scontinuousprogressinthenewjourney,wehaveformulatedthefollowingdevelopmentstrategies:firstly,baseourselvesontheTibetanmarket,furtheroptimizethenationallayout,consolidateandexpandmarketshare;secondly,followwiththetrendofhealthyconsumption,strengthenproductresearchanddevelopment,andlaunchmoreproductstomeettheneedsofconsumers;meanwhile,payattentiontothedynamicsoftheinternationalmarket,andactivelyexploretheoverseasma
