In 2023, we encountered numerous challenges, yet our establishedtrading and broadcasting ventures maintained stability. Simultaneously,our group delved into the realm of data connectivity projects for remoteareas. The evolution of phone and device designs towards greater satellitecompatibility in recent years has been noteworthy. Anticipating the nextleap in connectivity technology, we foresee satellite platforms playing apivotal role. Their expansive coverage over vast landscapes surpasses thelimitations of traditional data distribution via backhaul and signal towers,particularly in geographically challenging locations. Furthermore, the rapid advancement of consumer and commercialdevices, as well as vehicles, has enhanced their features in adopting AI,next-generation connectivity, and satellite positioning. Concurrently, theGroup is actively exploring opportunities to expand its relevant tradingactivities. This endeavor aims to embrace an asset-light model whilebolstering the Group’s profitability even further. Looking ahead to the coming year, we anticipate that the overallbusiness environment will continue to present challenges, influencedby factors such as global economic conditions, unstable monetarypolicies, and regional conflicts, which heavily impact investmentdecisions. Nevertheless, amidst these challenges, we’ve witnessed howtechnological advancements have transformed our lifestyles in recentyears, evident in developments such as new energy vehicles, increasinglycompatible phones, and widespread AI adoption. In response, the Groupremains committed to agile maneuvering and relentless value creation forour shareholders.
