Coupled with the cyclical and structuralcontradictions of the domestic economy, the fundamentals for economicrecovery were still faltering. In face of such unprecedented challenges,VSTECS strategically focused on the promotion of high-quality developmentbysolid efforts,and steadily forged ahead in a downturn marketenvironment, achieving increasing steadiness in its business foundation. 738.919 . 2 21 2 %ROE11.7% During the reporting period, VSTECS continuously demonstrated resilience.TheGroup recorded a turnover of HK$73.891 billion,the net profitattributable to shareholders, net of tax of HK$922 million, representing asignificant increase of 12%, and the return on equity (ROE) of 11.7%. 30.84404.14303.94 In terms of business segments, the cloud computing segment, the enterprisesystem segment and the consumer electronics segment all maintained asteady development momentum in 2023.
