Underthe continuous influence of high inflation, high interest rates, Russia-Ukraine conflict and other factors, international trade was still in arecovering period. 2023年世界百年未有之大變局加速演進，國際形勢延續複雜多變的態勢，全球經濟總體低增長，小幅回暖。受高通脹、高利率、俄烏衝突等影響持續，國際貿易仍處於修復期。 從全球看，能源安全問題正成為各國的首要任務，多個國家宣佈佈局核能，《聯合國氣候變化框架公約》第二十八次締約方大會宣佈到2050年核能容量增加兩倍、達到目前三倍的目標，提振了全球核電發展預期。國際天然鈾現貨價格自2023年9月起快速波動上行，天然鈾價格持續攀升，2024年1月價格突破100美元╱磅。全球核能產業復甦，推動了鈾資源需求增長，公司鈾資源開發業務機遇與挑戰並存，有利於公司天然鈾貿易。 From the global perspective, energy safety has become the toppriority mission for various countries, and a number of countrieshave announced plans for nuclear energy development. The28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations FrameworkConvention on Climate Change announced its goal of tripling thecapacity of nuclear energy by 2050 to three times the current level,which has boosted the global expectations for the development ofnuclear power. The international spot price of natural uranium hasbeen rapidly fluctuating upwards since September 2023, and theprice of natural uranium continued to climb, with the price in January2024 breaking through US$100/lb.
