Upon the conclusion of the “TwoSessions” in 2023, relevant policies were promulgated one aftertheother.The government released signals continuously,indicating its determination to quickly recover the economy. Theeconomic data of China also realized a stable recovering trendin 2023. In 2023, closely following the “14th Five-Year Plan” and underthe leadership of the Board of Directors, the Group seized theopportunitiesof transformation and development in theconstructionindustry.While continuing to put in placetra d i t i o n a li n f r a s t r u c t u r e w o r k ,w e t i m e l y d e p l o y e dcomprehensivedevelopment measures for a new stage andstably push forward the progress of various works for the yearwhile ensuring the healthy and green development of all projectaspects. In 2024, a new journey has commenced. The Group will seizetheopportunities to rise with the trend,promote high-qualityandsustainable development,further enhance the businessscaleand profitability of the Company,and strive to rewardshareholders with better operating results and contribute to thewell-being of society.
