The Next Generation Lebanon report provides insights into the daily lives, civic and political engagement, aspirations, dreams, and global outlook of young people in Lebanon. The report is based on the participation of young people in a research project, Connecting Research to Development (CRD), which was supported by the British Council. The authors and contributors of the report express their views and opinions, but the views expressed do not necessarily reflect those of the British Council. The report includes an executive summary, introduction, youth identities in Lebanon, daily lives of youth in Lebanon, youth civic and political engagement, effect of violence and conflict on youth in Lebanon, youth aspirations, dreams, and a global outlook, conclusion: social contract, and recommendations. The report also includes an appendix I: research methodology and references.
