This report provides specifications for a bicyclist target that is designed to meet the requirements of the ACEA (Association des Constructeurs Européens d'Automobiles) for vehicle safety testing. The target is intended to be used in tests for automatic emergency braking (AEB) systems. The report includes information on the dimensions and posture of the target, as well as its visible and infrared properties and radar properties. The radar properties include the target's radar cross section (RCS) and the Doppler effect of articulation. The report was last updated in November 2018.
