The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor's Special Report on Entrepreneurial Employee Activity highlights the story of Arthur Fry, who invented post-it notes based on an adhesive developed by his colleague at 3M Corporation. This case study is an example of entrepreneurial employee activity. The report was produced by a team of researchers from various institutions, including Babson College, Universidad del Desarrollo, Universiti Tun Abdul Razak, London Business School, and others. The authors would like to thank all participating GEM 2011 national teams and individuals who contributed to the report.
