Arthur D. Little has released the second version of its "Future of Urban Mobility" study, which includes an updated Urban Mobility Index assessing the mobility maturity and performance of 84 cities worldwide. The index finds that most cities are still poorly equipped to cope with the challenges ahead, indicating significant potential for improvement. The study highlights three strategic directions for cities to better shape the future of urban mobility and identifies 25 imperatives to consider when defining sustainable urban mobility policies. The report also includes case studies of cities demonstrating best practice.
