The airport industry is at a tipping point in its history, facing increasing competition and airline pressure on core business, as well as disruption from digital technologies and more sophisticated PPP schemes. Despite healthy profits and return on investment, airport managers and investors must adapt their business models to evolve and ensure value creation for all stakeholders.
