This report focuses on the digital growth opportunities in the UAE, Pakistan, and Oman. The authors recommend thinking differently and using archetypes to develop a digital economy model. They also suggest using archetypes as a strategic approach to digital policy development and provide recommended future steps in case study countries. The authors conclude that the Middle East's digital economy outlook is promising, but there are also challenges to overcome. The report was commissioned by Huawei and is based on materials and information provided by Huawei, secondary research, and expert interviews.
