NGMN Alliance has published a 5G White Paper outlining operator requirements for 5G networks. The alliance has launched a work-programme focused on 5G, with a key activity being the Requirements and Architecture (P1) to provide technical requirements and architectural principles for 5G. The goal is to support the standardization and availability of 5G by 2020 and beyond.
