DuringthePeriod,theGroupprovideditsvesselcharteringandrelatedservicesmainlytothemarineconstructioncontractorsofseveralmarineinfrastructureprojectsinHongKong,includingtheThree-RunwaySystemprojectintheHongKongInternationalAirport,theIntegratedWasteManagementFacilitiesPhase1projectinShekKwuChau,andHongKongoffshoreLNGTerminalproject. BUSINESSPROSPECT Astherearenumbersofhigh-profiledevelopmentprojectsandinfrastructureprojectsrelatedtomarineconstructionworksinitiatedbythegovernmentofHongKongwhichreachedtheirfinalstageinrecentyears,managementoftheGroupexpectsthedemandoftheGroup’svesselcharteringandrelatedservicesforthesemarineconstructionprojectswoulddiminishgradually.Ontheotherhand,formarineconstructionservices,theAcquisitionallowstheGrouptocapitaliseonthemajorityofthedurationandrevenueoftwo-subcontractmarineconstructionagreements(the“Sub-contracts”)withcontractsumofapproximatelyHK$540million,providingtheGroupwithalong-term,stableandmajorcustomeruntilMarch2027whichareexpectedtocontributetotheGroup’srevenueinthefuture.TheGroupwillcontinuetoinvestinitsvesselfleetandidentifyotheropportunitiesinordertocapturesuchbusinessopportunities. Overallspeaking,therevenueandprofitsfromtheGroup’sshipmanagementandmarineconstructionbusinessareexpectedtoremainstablegoingforwar
