TheGroup’srevenuefromitscontinuingoperationswasapproximatelyHK$21.7million,representinganincreaseof42.1%ascomparedtotheyearended31March2022. TheGroup’scontinuingoperationscomprisedoffivesegments,namely(i)tradingofopticalframesandsunglasses,(ii)filminvestmentanddistribution,(iii)propertyinvestment,(iv)debtsandsecuritiesinvestment,and(v)energybusiness. DuringtheYear,theGroupdisposedofitssubsidiarieswhichwereengagedinthemanufacturingofopticalframesandsunglasses(detailsin“MaterialAcquisitionandDisposal”below).Thetradingofopticalframesandsunglassessegmentwasintroduceduponthedisposalofthemanufacturingandtradingsegment.SuchnewtradingsegmentcontributedapproximatelyHK$7.8millionrevenuesinceOctober2022. RevenuefromfilminvestmentanddistributiondroppedfromHK$14.0millionintheprioryeartoHK$12.6millionintheYear,whilethesegmentlossdroppedsignificantlyfromHK$91.1millionintheprioryeartoHK$8.4millionintheYear.ThelossintheprioryearwasmainlyattributabletofairvaluelossininvestmentsinfilmproductionandimpairmentlossoninvestmentinanassociateofHK$42.8millionandHK$46.1million,respectively.DuringtheYear,impairmentlossoninvestmentinanassociateofHK$9.6millionwasrecorded. Forpropertyinvestment,rentalincomeremainedstableatapproximatelyHK$1.3million(2022:HK$1.3million). Fordebtsandsecuritiesinvestmentsegment,theGroupdidnotrecordanyrevenueforbothyears.Asat31March2023,thefairvalueoftheGroup’ssecuritiesinvestmentamountedtoapproximatelyHK$0.2million.Themanagementwillcontinuetoadoptprudentapproachunderthevolatilefinancialmarket. 业务回顾 于本年度，本集团自其持续经营业务录得亏损36,800,000港元（二零二二年：176,400,000港元）及自其已终止经营业务录得亏损8,800,000港元（二零二二年：5,800,000港元）。其持续经营及已终止经营业务产生之本年度本公司拥有人应占亏损分别为36,800,000港元及40,600,000港元 （二零二二年：176,400,000港元及700,000港元）。 本集团持续经营业务产生之收益约为21,700,000港元，较截至二零二二年三月三十一日止年度增加42.1%。 本集团持续经营业务包括五个分部，即(i)眼镜架及太阳眼镜买卖，(ii)电影投资及发行，(iii)物业投资，(iv)债务及证券投资及(v)能源业务。 于本年度，本集团出售从事制造眼镜架及太阳眼镜之附属公司（详情见下文“重大收购事项及出售事项”）。于出售制造及买卖分部时引入眼镜架及太阳眼镜买卖分部。自二零二二年十月起，该新买卖分部贡献收益约7,800,000港元。 电影投资及发行产生之收益由上年度的14,000,000港元减少至本年度的12,600,000港元，分部亏损由上年度的91,100,000港元大幅减少至本年度的8,400,000港元。上年度亏损主要归因于电影制作投资公允值亏损及于一间联营公司之投资之减值亏损分别42,800,000港元及46,100,000港元。于本年度，已录得于一间联营公司之投资之减值亏损9,600,000港元。 就物业投资而言，租金收入保持稳定于约1,300,000港元（二零二二年：1,300,000港元）。 就债务及证券投资分部而言，本集团于两个年度并无录得任何收益。于二零二三年三月三十一日，本集团证券投资之公允值约为200,000港元。在金融市场动荡的情况之下，管理层将继续采取审慎方针。 4
