In2022,theeconomicsituationofmanycountrieswillremaincomplexanddifficult,consumers’confidencewillbedampened,themarketswillbesluggish,andthebusinessoperationswillfaceseverechallenges.Althoughthedomesticrealestatecontrolpolicieshavebeenrelaxed,itisstillimpossibletochangethedownwardtrendofthepropertymarket,andtheCompany’spropertyinvestmentbusinesscontinuestobeaffected.Inthefaceofdifficulties,theGroupcontinuedtofollowthespiritofseekingprogresswhilemaintainingstabilityandforgedahead,strivingtokeepcalmandrationalinadversityandpursuesteadydevelopment. BUSINESSREVIEW InfrastructureConstructionBusiness Forthe2022FinancialYear,theGroupcompletedtheacceptanceanddeliveryofXinxingRoadoftheZhongfangChaozhouJingNanIndustrialParkProjectandthetransferoftheremainingcommunicationpipelinesinthepark,andrecognizedrevenueofRMB27,959,000,representingadecreaseofapproximately39%ascomparedtotherevenueofRMB46,075,000forthecorrespondingperiodof2021.Asthepartieshavedifferentopinionsonthepricingmethodoflaborandmaterials,thesettlementworkofthemainprojecthasnotbeencompleted.ZhongfangChaozhouwillprocurethepartiesinvolvedtoresolvethedisputeassoonaspossibleandstrivetocompletethesettlementworkwithin2023.
