Onthebiochemicalbusinessfront,withindustrialisationofthelivestockindustrypickingupspeed,veterinarydrugadministrationstrengtheningandtheimpactsoftheAfricanswinefeverandCOVID-19pandemicprevailing,theindustryalsotighteneditsrequirementsforveterinarydrugproducts.Inturnthefarmingindustrywasadverselyimpacted.Facingharshchallengesathomeandaboard,theGroupactivelyrespondedwithaseriesofmeasuresincludingextendingthereachofitssaleschannelsfromfeedmillsallthewaydowntofarms,broadeningitsproductranges,buildinganexcellentsalesandtechnicalexpertiseteam,pluscontinuingtolowercostandimproveoperationalefficiency.Hence,althoughoperatinginalacklustremarket,thebusinessremainedingoodconditionandwasmovinginstridestowardsrealisingtheGroup’sstrategicgoals. Duringtheyear,theGroupcontinuedtoimplement“SixSigma”inmanagingproduction,pushedforwardwithoptimisingworkflow,andenhancedefficiencyandproductquality.Atthesametime,alwayswithcorporatesocialresponsibilityatheart,werolledoutanumberofcharitablesocialprojectsandalsoofferedassistancetothecommunityamidtheCOVID-19pandemic,sothatwecouldtideoverthecrisistogether.Intheaspectofhumanresources,theGrouprecruitedresearchanddevelopmentandsalestalent,keptimprovingitsmanpowerstructureandoverallstaffquality,aswellasbolsteredtherelevantskillsofmanagersandpersonnelwithpromisingpotentialbyprovidingthemtraining.ThepurposeoftheseactionsistobuilduphumancapitalreservefortheGrouptoachievesustainabledevelopment. 二零二二年，俄乌战争爆发、全球通账、供应链紧张、国际大宗商品和运输价格于高位徘徊，宏观经济环境颇为复杂。至于国内，受新冠疫情管控及大宗商品价格高企等因素影响，整体经济增速放缓，全年国民生产总值增长率为3.0%。尽管如此，正大企业国际有限公司（“本公司”）及其附属集团（统称 “本集团”）通过制定有效的经营策略，坚定贯彻集团价值观，继续深耕市场，集团业务年内取得发展。 在生化业务方面，随着畜禽产业化进程加速，兽药管理制度不断完善，加上非洲猪瘟及新冠疫情持续，行业对兽药产品的监管也越加严格，养殖行业因而备受影响。面临来自国内外形势的挑战，集团通过采取一系列措施，包括拓展销售渠道－从饲料厂下沉到养殖埸、丰富产品品类、打造优秀的销售及技术服务团队，以及持续降本增效等，即使在市场萎靡的背景下，业务仍然能维持良好状态，继续朝着集团发展战略目标迈进。 二零二二年，本集团持续在生产经营过程中推行“精益六西格玛管理”，推进优化生产流程，提高生产效率和产品品质。与此同时，我们也重视并积极履行社会责任，开展多项社会公益专案和在新冠疫情期间为社会提供援助，与大众一起共渡时艰。在人力方面，集团引进研发及生产人才，不断优化人才结构和整体员工素质，并通过培训提升公司管理及高潜质人才的相关技能，旨在为集团的可持续发展储备人才。 Chairman’sstatement 董事长报告书 Regardingourindustrialbusiness,2022wasadifficultyearforChina’sengineeringmachinerysector,andnaturallyalsoforthisbusinesssegment.Themacroeconomyfaceddownwardpressure,andauthoritiesimposedstrictCOVID-19relatedmeasures.Thesefactorsrestrainedbusinessactivities,therebyimpactingthedevelopmentofChina’sengineeringmachinerysectorinrecentyears.Withdomesticbrandsboastingpricecompetitiveness,themarketsharesofforeignbrandsshrankfurther,especiallyforsmallandmediumsizemachinery.AsforChina’sautomobileandmotorcycleindustries,outputoftheformerstayedflatin2022comparedwith2021,whereasthatofthelatteractuallydropped.Togearupforthefuture,ZhanjiangDeniVehiclesPartsCo.,Ltd.willcontinuetoimproveitscompetitivestrengths,optimiseitscustomerbase,graspopportunitiesinthenewenergyvehiclemarket,andenhanceproductionefficiency. Lookingahead,withChinarelaxingCOVID-19restrictionsinearly2023,we,attheGroup,willseizetheopportunityoftheimpendingmarketrecovery.Wewillcontinuetoupholdtheprincipleof“benefitingthecountriesinwhichweoperate,benefitingthepeoplewhosecommunityweshareandbenefitingtheenterprisesforwhichweareresponsible”.Andwewillstrictlyabidebyenvironmentallawsandregulations,activelytackleuncertaintiesintheoperatingenvironmentandstrivetomeettherequirementsofhigh-qualitydevelopment,soastorealiseourbusinessdevelopmentaspirationsin2023.
