RESULTS TheGrouprecordedrevenueofapproximatelyRMB90.5millionfortheyearended31December2022,representingadecreaseofapproximately41.8%ascomparedwiththerevenueofRMB155.5millionfortheyearended31December2021.TheGroup’sproductsexperiencedagrossprofitsmarginofapproximately8.2%,ascomparedwithagrossprofitsmarginofapproximately2.3%frompreviousyear.LossattributabletoownersoftheCompanyfortheYearincreasedfromlossofapproximatelyRMB100.5millionin2021tolossofapproximatelyRMB140.5millionin2022,representinganincreaseofapproximately39.8%ascomparedwiththelastyear,whichwasmainlyattributabletonetexchangelossofapproximatelyRMB58.2milliongeneratedfromthebondsprinciplesandinterestsofapproximatelyRMB913.2million(equivalenttoHKD1,030million),whichweredominatedinHKD,asaffectedbydepreciationofRMBagainstHKDduringtheYear.Salesofshoes,clothesandotherscontributedrevenueamountedtoapproximatelyRMB66.8million(2021:RMB125.6million)fortheyearended31December2022.SalesoffabricscontributedrevenueamountedtoapproximatelyRMB23.7million(2021:RMB29.9million)fortheyearended31December2022. OUTLOOK TheCompanyisintheviewthattheGroup’sfabricsbusinessin2022hasbecomestableinlastyear,followingtherecoveryofthedomesticdemandsonthetextileproductsinthePRC.ThedecreaseofsalesdemandofshoesandclothingfromthecustomersinKoreaduetothecontinuouspandemicsofCOVID-19mainlyinthefirsthalfof2022reducedtheGroup’sexportsvolumesfrom2021.InordertoimproveandexpandthebusinessoftheGroup,theGroupincorporatedasubsidiaryinShishiCityofFujianprovince,PRC,tomanufactureandselltheclothingproductstothePRCcustomerssincethesecondhalfof2022.Lookingforwardin2023,themanagementconsidertoboostthelocalsalesofclothingproductsinthePRCwhichcangeneratehigherprofitmargins.Themanagementwillcloselymonitorthesalesmarketsofthebusinessandmakeadjustmentofsalesstrategieswhennecessary. 致股东： 本人谨代表满地科技股份有限公司（“本公司”）及其附属公司（统称“本集团”）向股东报告截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度（“本年度”或“本期间”）之年报。 业绩 截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度，本集 团录得收益约人民币90.5百万元，较截至二零二一年十二月三十一日止年度的收益人民币155.5百万元减少约41.8%。本集团产品录得毛利率约8.2%，而上一年度毛利率为约2.3%。本年度本公司拥有人应占亏损由二零二一年亏损约人民币100.5百万元增加至二零二二年亏损约人民币140.5百万元，较去年增加约39.8%，主要由于本年度受人民币兑港元贬值影响，以港元计值之债券本金及利息约人民币913.2百万元（相当于1,030百万港元）产生汇兑亏损净额约人民币58.2百万元。截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度，鞋履、服装及其他销售贡献收益约为人民币66.8百万元（二零二一年：人民币125.6百万元）。截至二零二二年十二月三十一日止年度，面料销售贡献收益约为人民币23.7百万元（二零二一年：人民币29.9百万元）。 展望 本公司认为，于中国对国内纺织品的需求复苏 后，本集团之面料业务于二零二二年趋于稳定。主要由于二零二二年上半年COVID-19疫情持续，韩国客户对鞋履及服装的销售需求减少导致本集团的出口量较二零二一年减少。为改善及拓展本集团之业务，本集团于中国福建省石狮市注册成立一间附属公司，以自二零二二年下半年起制造及向中国客户销售服装产品。展望二零二三年，管理层考虑促进中国服装产品的本地销售，从而产生更高的利润率。管理层将密切留意业务的销售市场并于有必要时调整销售策略。 2 MOODYTECHNOLOGYHOLDINGSLIMITED 2022AnnualReport CHAIRMAN’SSTATEMENT主席报告 InJanuary2023,theissuetheschemesharestotheschemecreditorshavebeencompleted.ThefinancialpositionoftheGroupisexpectedtoimprovebydischargingallthebondsliabilitiesandaccruedbondsinterestsforthefinancialyearending31December2023. ThemanagementwillalsocloselymonitortheGroup’sfinancialperformance,financialpositionandcashflowinordertomaintainthenormaloperationoftheGroup.
