Therevenuehasbeenslightlyincreasedby29.3millionastheprogressofourmajorprojectsspedupforthesixmonthsended30September2022(the“Period”).After30yearsofdevelopment,theGrouphasbuiltupreputationandtechnicalcapabilityandexpandeditscapacity,wehavebeenabletotapintoamarketsegmentofhigherentrythresholdandsecurelargerscaleprojectsfrompublicserviceoperators,governmentalbodies,andrealestatedevelopers.TheconstructionmarkethasbeenrelativelysteadyinthepastfewyearsastheHKSARGovernment’simplementationofLongTermHousingStrategyandinfrastructuraldevelopment. AfterthefifthwaveofcommunityoutbreakofCOVID-19inHongKongbecamestable,theHKSARGovernmenthaslaunchedaprogressplanofrelaxingtheregulationoninfectioncontrol,thesocietyconfidenceinthefutureeconomyhasbeenimproved.TheChiefExecutiveoftheHKSARGovernmentproposedsixmajortransportinfrastructureprojectsinthe2022PolicyAddresstodriveandsupportfuturedevelopmentofHongKong.Accordingly,weexpectthattherewillbeasteadyflowofconstructioncontractsfromthepublicsectorinthecomingyears. Ontheotherhand,theglobalfinancialmarketisfacingcomplexandchallengingsituation,theinflationinenergyandcommoditypricetogetherwithincreaseininterestratehasaddedburdenontheoperationcosttothebusiness.TheGroupwillmaintainaprudentapproachinitsprojectbiddingandcostbudgetingtosafeguarditsprofitabilityamidstthepresentmarketuncertainties. TheGroup’svalueofoutstandingcontractsonhandasat30September2022amountedtoapproximatelyHK$988million,whileanotherrelativelysizeableprojectforfacadeworksforanofficebuildingredevelopmentinCentralwithcontractsumofoverHK$200millionwasawardedtotheGroupinNovember2022. Lookingahead,theGroupwillcontinuetoexplorenewopportunitiesthatarebeneficialtotheGroupandourshareholders. 背景、近期发展及展望 应力控股有限公司（“本公司”）及其附属公司 （统称“本集团”）主要从事(i)于香港提供结构工程工作，集中于设计及建筑项目；(ii)于香港供应建材产品及该等产品的安装服务；及(iii)主要于香港进行建材产品买卖。 因重大项目的进度于截至二零二二年九月三十日止六个月（“本期间”）加快，收益轻微增加29.3百万港元。经过30年的发展，本集团已经创建了声誉及技术能力，并扩大了规模，我们得以进军门槛较高的市场，并自公共服务运营商、政府机构及房地产开发商获得较大规模的项目。于过往数年，由于香港政府实施长期房屋政策及基建发展，建造业市场相对平稳。 随着2019冠状病毒病引发香港第五波社区疫情趋于稳定后，香港特区政府启动了放宽感染控制条例的分阶段计划，社会对未来经济的信心有所增强。香港特区政府行政长官于二零二二年施政报告中提出六大交通基建项目，以推动和支持香港未来发展。因此，我们预计未来几年来自公共部门的建筑合同将源源不断。 另一方面，全球金融市场正面临复杂且充满挑战的局面，能源及大宗商品通涨以及利率的上升给业务的经营成本增加了负担。在目前市场不明朗的情况下，本集团将于项目投标及成本预算方面保持审慎态度，以保障其盈利能力。 截至二零二二年九月三十日，本集团手头未完成合约价值约为988百万港元，
