DuringtheReportingPeriod,revenueoftheretailchainbusinessinlightinganddesignerlabelfurniturewasapproximatelyHK$42,636,000,accountedforapproximately99%oftheGroup’srevenue. Tableware,giftwareandotherbusiness Tableware,giftwareandotherbusinessismainlyforwholesaleoftableware,giftwareandothertrading,whichhasexpandedtheGroup’sbusinessportfolio,andbroadeneditssourceofincomeandgeneratedadditionalcashflows.DuringtheReportingPeriod,revenueofthetableware,giftwareandotherbusinesswasapproximatelyHK$17,000,accountedforapproximately1%oftheGroup’srevenue. FutureOutlook TheDirectorsforeseethattheHongKongretailmarketremainschallenging,retailmarketwouldcontinuetobeaffectedbythedevelopmentoflocalepidemicinthenearterm.Thedeclineinglobalinfectionratesandmassvaccinationprogramsaroundtheworldhaveshedsomelightonthesituation.TheDirectorsexpectarecoverywhensocialdistancingrulesarerelaxed.TheDirectorsbelievethattheElectronicConsumptionVoucherSchemeorganizedbytheGovernmentwillbeacatalystforlocalconsumptioninthelastquarterin2022.TheGroupwillcloselymonitorthetrendofthebusinessenvironment,timelyadjustitsproductstrategiesandactivelycarryoutpromotionactivities,maintainpragmaticapproachforitsbusinessandtakeeverychancetoidentifyanysuitableopportunityinthemarketfortheGroup. 业务回顾及未来展望 业务回顾 灯饰及设计师品牌家具的零售连锁业务 灯饰及设计师品牌家具的零售连锁业务为本公司及其附属公司（统称为“本集团”）的核心业务。壹照明作为全港最具规模的灯饰零售连锁集团之一，于销售来自世界各地的优质品牌灯饰及设计师家具方面拥有丰富经验。于截至二零二二年九月三十日止六个月（“报告期”）内，本集团适时调整产品策略及积极进行推广活动。 于报告期内，来自经营灯饰及设计师品牌家具的零售连锁业务的营业额约42,636,000港元，占本集团营业额约99%。 餐具礼品及其他业务 餐具礼品及其他业务主要为批发餐具礼品及其他贸易，令本集团业务组合得以扩大，并产生多元收入及额外现金流。于报告期内，来自经营餐具礼品及其他业务的营业额约17,000港元，占本集团营业额约1%。 未来展望 董事预计香港零售市场依然充满挑战，短期内 零售市场将继续受制于本地疫情发展。随着全球确诊数字逐渐回落，加上各地广泛推行疫苗接种计划，市场前景渐趋明朗。董事预计待社交距离措施放宽之时，市场可望复苏。董事相信政府推出的电子消费券计划将可刺激二零二二年最后季度的本地消费。本集团将会密切监察营商环境趋势，适时调整产品策略及积极进行推广活动，在进行业务时保持务实，并适时在市场上为集团
