AsanITsolutionsproviderandauthoriseddistributor,theGroupintroducesITproductsandservices,andprovidesrelatedITsolutionstothelocalmarkets,includingMacauandHongKong,andprovidesITsolutionservicescoveringprocurementandintegration,ManagedservicesandmaintenanceservicestotheendusersinMacau.TheGroupalsodistributesITproductstotheITsolutionsprovidersandresellers. DespitethefactthattheCOVID-19pandemicmaycontinue,theGroupexpectsthegrowthofinformationindustryinMacauwillremainpositiveinthelongrunforthefollowingreasons: (a)theITsolutionsprojectsinMacauthatarecurrentlyinthepipelinetobelaunchedincomingyearswillunlikelybeaffectedandthereisasteadydemandfortheupgrade,replacementandmaintenanceofITsystems; (b)remoteworkingtoolsandonlineteachingplatforms,particularlyvideoconferencingsoftware,haveseenasignificantincreaseindemandasaresultofthebordercontrolandotherpreventivemeasuresagainsttheCOVID-19pandemic.Theincreasedpopularityofonlineapplicationswouldexpeditethedigitalisationofenterprises,therebycreatingmoregrowthopportunitiesforITsolutionsproviders; (c)theoutbreakofCOVID-19isexpectedtobringlimitedimpactstothegamingandhospitalitysectorinMacauinthelongrunastheeffectoftheCOVID-19pandemichasgraduallysubsidedinMacaufollowingthegradualrelaxationofthebordercontrolmeasuresandtheresumptionofbusinessactivities; (d)marketparticipantsingamingandhospitalityindustryinMacauare
