In2021,theglobalepidemicsituationisstillvolatile.InthefaceofthethreatofnewCOVID-19variants,althoughthepandemicsituationisundercontrolinChina,therearestilloccasionalfluctuations.Asaresult,China’seconomicgrowthhassloweddown,resultinginunstablemarketdemandforcorrugatedpackaging.Inaddition,since2021,theChinesegovernmenthascompletelyprohibitedtheimportofwastepaper,resultinginatightsupplyofrawmaterials.Theshortageofdomesticwastepaperhasledtohighprices,andthepricesofotherrawmaterialsandcommoditieshaverisen.Theoverallcostsremainedhigh,causingaheavyburdenoncorrugatedpackagingcompanies. TherevenueoftheGroup’scorrugatedpackagingbusinessreliesmainlyonChinesedomesticsales.Sincethefirsthalfof2021,thedemandinChinahasreboundedduetothestabilizationoftheepidemic,resultinginanincreaseintheGroup’srevenueinthefirsthalfoftheyearcomparedtothesameperiodlastyear.However,therepeateddevelopmentofepidemicstilldampenedthemarketdemand,coupledwiththeimpactofupstreambusinessevent,theGroup’srevenuedeclinedinthesecondhalfof2021. EnteringinOctober,duetotheconsiderationoftheenvironmentalpoliciesbythelocalgovernment,theannualboilerlicencereviewfortheGroup’supstreambusinesswassuspended,thatledtothetemporarysuspensionoftheGroup’supstreamproductionoperation.TheabovereasoncausedtheGroup’stotalsalestodropsignificantlyin2021.Inaddition,thefourthquarteristraditionallythepeakseasonforthecorrugatedpackagingbusiness.TheproductionsuspensionhasincreasedtheburdenontheGroup.Atpresent,thecoordinationbetweentheGroupandthelocalgovernmentisstillinprogress,andanannouncementwillbemadeinduecoursewhenthefinalplanisimplemented.TheGrouphassufficientinventoriesofcontainerboardpaperandwillpurchasefromthirdpartysuppliersinatimelymannertomeetitsproductionneeds,whichhasnoimpactonotherproductionbusinesses. 本人谨代表董事会（“董事会”或“董事”）欣然向各位股东提呈合丰集团控股有限公司 （“本公司”，连同其附属公司，统称“本集团”、“集团”或“我们”）的二零二一年度全年业绩报告。 二零二一年，全球疫情依然反覆，面对新冠变种病毒威胁，虽然国内疫情受控，仍偶有反覆，中国经济增长亦因此放缓，以
