This report, titled "Next Generation Zimbabwe," was conducted by Ali-Douglas Development Consultancy (ADDC) with the support of the British Council team. The research was led by Nqobizitha Dube and co-researchers Mkhokheli Sithole, Divane Nzima, and Gracious Maviza, with the assistance of data analyst Thabisani Ngwenya and ADDC administrative staff Thulani Moyo and Sipho Mujuru. The field team, consisting of Guidance Mthwazi, Fungai Bangidza, Shepherd Hlomayi, Mduduzi Moyo, Nqobile Moyo, and Nicole Msipha, covered all provinces in Zimbabwe. The report aims to capture the story of young Zimbabweans and their contributions to the country's development. The Youth Task Force, led by Varaidzo F. Magodo-Matimba, played a significant role in the research and authoring the foreword.
