Our business focuseson fast-growing and emerging market categories, withan emphasis on providing environmentally-friendly andenergy-saving solutions. 202633151.3202533177.033.3%1216.6% Forthe financial year ended 31 March 2026,theGroup’s total revenue was USD51.3 million, representinganas-reported decrease of 33.3%compared to theUSD77.0 million recorded during the fifteen-month periodended31 March 2025.However,when adjusting forthe unequal reporting periods to look at a like-for-like12-month baseline, the true normalized revenue declineis moderated to 16.6%.This transition is primarily due to adeliberate strategic decision by management to alleviatecash flow burdens by prioritizing and concentrating ourfinancial resources into our most critical sectors: MobileDevices and Motor Control. TheGroup is optimistic about the prospects of theindustr yand the Group will strategically balancecustomerdemand with supply chain assurance toensure stable and sustainable performance.
